Wanfeng snowmaking machines utilize a combination of high-pressure atomization and air cooling technology to

simulate natural snowfall and create artificial snow. The core process is as follows: A high-pressure water pump

pressurizes clean water below 5°C and delivers it to the machine head. An imported pure copper nucleator and

nozzle work together to break the water into ultra-fine water mist particles of 0.1-0.3mm.

Simultaneously, the equipment's air compression system generates high-pressure air, which is then cooled twice

by a coil-type surface cooler and a shell-and-tube cooler. The cooled air mixes with the water mist inside the

nucleator. The rapid expansion of the air absorbs heat, causing the water mist temperature to drop sharply, forming ice nuclei.

A powerful airflow generated by a fan propels the ice nuclei and remaining water mist into the air. In the

low-temperature environment, the ice nuclei collide and coalesce with the supercooled water mist, rapidly

crystallizing to form dry snow crystals. Its snow moisture content can be controlled within 8%, and the snow

output can reach 80-120 cubic meters per hour, which can meet the snowmaking needs of various scenarios

such as ski resorts and snow parks.
